Requirement & Responsibility :


  • MALE - 2 years experience leading team
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the assigned account.
  • Ability to control and monitor the implementation of programs to deal with adoption of changes.
  • Ensuring the work productivity and quality measure for each account are realized.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Have an experience in organizing and leading a team, Strong knowledge on operations of assigned account and ability to set clear expectations for TLs/STLs based around business outcomes within company multi-operational dimension
  • Ability to work across groups managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal
  • Needs to be able to manage company and FCTG delivery and expectations
  • A good understanding of change management, the importance of it, approaches, key tasks and timelines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working across multiple lines of divisions.
  • Very strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills


  • Create systems and processes by way of measurements, supervising and assisting the respective Team Leaders to ensure the efficacy of programs’ implementation.
  • Ensuring that problems are handled quickly; and ability to anticipate and avoid potential problems. Handling of issues is a top priority.
  • One of the duties an Account Leader has to perform is to assist Team Leaders in providing a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees. To ensure that this goal is achieved, Account Leaders try to reach compromises with company stakeholders by ways of positive influence, which include conducting meetings, listening to each team's issues and concerns, and setting a professional example by showing leadership qualities to all employees.
