Requirement & Responsibility :

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Specify the company's products & solutions into qualified projects, follow-up & follow-through
  • Develop a Sales Lead
  • Develop a Marketing plan with Management & execution in an effective manner
  • Develop joint business plans with the management and/or key customer account
  • Establish & cultivate a favorable relationship with industry stakeholders
  • Provide commercial & technical support for channel partners and their dealer's network
  • Responsible for coordinating all activities between Vietnam direct/indirect customer and HQ
  • Work independently as well as cross-functionally with colleagues based in globally distributed offices.
  • Maintain open communication and provides local market information to Management on a regular basis
  • Responsible for reaching yearly sales targets in Indonesia
  • Travel within Indonesia 40-50% of the time

OTHERS:

  • Understands the fundamentals of multi-stakeholder solution sales, especially in the construction industry
  • Experience with high-end FF&E (Furniture, Fittings & Equipment) sales preferred
  • Capable of working in a professional and conscientious manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and capable of communicating effectively and concisely with global colleagues and customers from various business cultures
  • Able to conduct presentations, possess strategic thinking skills for meetings and negotiations
  • Highly organized & detailed oriented with accentuating project management skills
  • Professional language proficiency in Indonesian & English languages, both written and spoken
