Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
  • Mengelola tim Salesman untuk mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.
  • Membuat strategi-strategi penjualan dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada tim Sales.
  • Melakukan kontrol harian atas pencapaian penjualan tim Sales.
  • Melakukan laporan penjualan tim Sales baik harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan.
  • Melakukan monitoring kegiatan penjualan tim Sales di lapangan dan melakukan pendampingan (joint visit) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
  • Membuat laporan kepada Branch Manager terkait dengan hasil penjualan, kendala lapangan, kondisi pasar dan competitor secara rutin.
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Sales FMCG.
