Task, Responsibility and Others:

Senior Organization Development Officer (SODO)
This Position report to HR&OE Manager. Responsible for processes of ensuring that the skills, knowledge and abilities and performance of the workforce meet the future organization and individual need through developing, implementing and evaluating activities and program addressing supervisory and management development, performance management, and chane.

Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and evaluate performance management program and procedures (goal setting, work standards, performance appraisal, related policy and procedure)
2. Develop, implement and evaluate programs of supervisory & management development (fast track programs)
3. Develop, implement and evaluate change management program activities.

Requirements :
1. Minimal S1 in Human Resources from a reputable university. Certification in people training and development & organization development will be an advantage.
2. Experienced in supervisory and management development program.

Personal Competencies :
1. Ability to explain the main purpose, characteristic, methods and communication techniques of an effective performance appraisal program
2. Ability to answer question, 'How would you use performance management tecgniques to develop a clear 'line of sight' connecting the employees performance and company goals?"
3. Ability to run supervisory and management development program
4. Ability to describe the methods can be used to support employees career development needs
